Jacked Dad Training is operated by David Courtney ("we," "us," or "our"). We sell digital training and fitness products online. Our primary product is the 12-Week Intermediate Strength Program, a digital download delivered as a PDF training guide and editable Excel tracking spreadsheet.

2. Digital Products and Delivery

All products sold through Jacked Dad Training are digital goods. Upon purchase, you receive access to download your files. No physical items are shipped. Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your download files. We recommend saving copies of your purchased files in a secure location.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor. Jacked Dad Training does not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

4. Refunds
