Every Jacked Dad Training product is backed by a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will issue a complete refund. No hoops, no hassle.
Our Products
Jacked Dad Training sells digital products, including training programs delivered as PDF and spreadsheet files. Because these are digital downloads, they are not returnable in the traditional sense. The 60-day guarantee is how we stand behind the quality of our work.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at admin@jackeddadtraining.com
- Use the subject line: Refund Request
- Include the email address used for your purchase and your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy purchase confirmation email)
That's it. No long explanation required. We process refund requests within 5 business days.
Refund Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Once processed, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, typically 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
We prefer to resolve any issues directly. If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first at admin@jackeddadtraining.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We will work quickly to resolve any legitimate issue.
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in your account being flagged and future purchase access being restricted.
Free Products
Our free resources, including the Quick Start Guide, are provided at no charge and are not eligible for refund requests (there is nothing to refund).
